He is considered as one of the most knowledgeable leaders in the field of teaching individuals with disabilities karate as well as Kobudo. He has given hundreds of workshops, seminars and demonstration to groups in the martial arts as well as professionals in the filed therapeutic and adaptive occupations. His passion and advanced theories has helped spawn others to developed their own non-profits and programs in various locations in the United States and abroad. He is currently the CEO of Possibilities Unlimited International and the USA representative/President of IKKAIDO World Organization.
